We are based in Ljubljana, Slovenia (EU), and all orders are shipped from the European Union.

EU customers do not pay customs fees. Customers outside the EU may be responsible for local customs duties and taxes.

Do you offer custom silicone molds or only ready-made designs?

We offer both. You can choose from our ready-made mold designs or order fully custom silicone molds made according to your ideas, sketches, or reference images.

How long does it take to produce custom silicone molds?

The production time for custom molds is approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on design complexity and current workload.

Can I add my logo or custom text to a mold?

Yes. You can add your logo or custom text to a mold.

Please send your logo or text for review so we can confirm suitability. If possible, provide the file in vector format (SVG, EPS, AI, or PDF) for best results.

Are custom molds refundable?

No. Custom molds are made specifically for you and are non-refundable.

What do you need from me to create a custom mold?

What is a refill mold and when do I need one?

A refill mold is used for casting wax refills that fit inside a candle jar.

You need a refill mold if you plan to sell candle refills separately. If not, the jar mold alone is sufficient.

Are refill molds compatible across different jar designs?

Some refill molds are compatible across certain models and sizes. Compatibility is always specified on the product page.

Can I use a refill mold with non-matching jars?

Refill molds are specifically designed to fit our jars. Compatibility with jars from other brands is not guaranteed.

What type of silicone do you use?

We use high-quality platinum-cured silicone, selected for durability, flexibility, and long-term performance.

What materials can be used with your silicone molds?

Our molds are suitable for concrete, jesmonite, plaster, resin, and other mineral-based casting materials.

They are commonly used for candle containers, trays, bowls, and decorative objects.

Are your molds suitable for candle making and concrete casting?

Yes. Our silicone molds are designed for both candle making and concrete or jesmonite casting.

What does “Perfectly Imperfect” mean?

“Perfectly Imperfect” molds have minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

They are offered at a discounted price and imperfections are usually barely noticeable after light sanding.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We do not offer bulk order discounts. Every mold is handmade, and production speed cannot be increased.

Do you offer wholesale pricing or B2B orders?

Yes. Wholesale pricing is available for EU customers with a valid business VAT number.

Returns & Support

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.
