KAST is the silicone mold brand by Anomi Studio, created and produced in the heart of Europe, Ljubljana, Slovenia. We design and produce forms for casting concrete, Jesmonite and other materials, with a strong focus on precision, durability and long term use. Each piece is carefully tested and hand poured in small batches using premium platinum silicone.
Our work is guided by clean forms, balanced proportions and a responsible approach to making. We create molds designed to last and to let the final object reflect the maker, not the mold.
Our story began when we first stepped into the world of candle making. Creating a calm and relaxing home, a place to slow down, has always been a passion of ours. We wanted our candles to blend naturally with our environment, but we couldn’t find a design that truly met our needs. So we began designing our own candle vessels, focusing on clean lines and a minimal, timeless approach.
Through this process, we became familiar with silicone mold making and soon discovered a lack of high quality, durable molds on the market. That is why we decided to share our work with the wider making community.
